E is for Elvis Presley

Two years ago, a random search for a song on YouTube ended up in an awesome discovery for me. I stumbled upon Elvis Presley and a memorable collection of his songs.

Read his biography HERE.

I listen to him and each day, I like him a little bit more.

More than his fast numbers, I love his slow romantic ones.

He starred in as many as 33 movies. Unfortunately, I have not seen any.

Though he passed away on August 16, 1977 (long before I was born) at an age of 42, he is still the King for me and many of the other music lovers. We lost him young.

Sharing three of my favourite Elvis songs …. Enjoy!!
Let his songs do the talking…

The Blogging from A to Z April Challenge was first held in 2010. The challenge is that we have to post every day of April, except on the four Sundays. April 1st is a theme with letter A, 2nd with letter B and so on till April 30th which will be Z themed. My theme is #Learning Everyday, I post about new random things every day.

  2. Not an Elvis fan myself, but had several friends who loved his music. But of course, some of his slow numbers are nice to listen to...what a phenomenon he was in his time!

  6. That seems quite a challenge - to write every day based on an alphabet-related theme. Good Luck.
